Refund & Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel a membership within 24 hours of payment and get a 100% refund, provided you have not used the membership (no attendance marked at the gym) and the plan has not started.
• Cancel from your dashboard under My memberships → Cancel, or email support@biceapp.in with your order ID within the 24-hour window.

Once your membership is active, two things matter: whether the gym allows mid-term cancellation, and how much of the period is unused.

• If the gym’s plan is cancellable mid-term: we refund the unused full months remaining, minus a platform processing charge of up to 10% of the refunded amount (capped at ₹500), and the gym’s stated exit fee if any. The exact deduction is shown to you before you confirm cancellation.
• If the gym’s plan is explicitly non-cancellable / non-transferable (shown clearly on the plan card before payment): no refund is due for a change of mind. This restriction is displayed at checkout, as required by the E-Commerce Rules.
• Where the gym permits it, you may freeze your membership for medical or travel reasons instead of cancelling. Freezing extends your end date; it does not create a refund.

• Gym closes, relocates, or the batch you bought is permanently discontinued and you do not accept an alternative: full refund of the unused period, no processing charge.
• Services materially different from the listing (gym did not honour the plan, denied access without cause): report it within 7 days; if verified, the unused period is refunded in full and the gym’s listing is actioned.
• Payment debited but booking not confirmed: automatically reversed to the same instrument within 5 working days — no need to write to us.
• We cancel for fraud, account misuse or violation of the Terms: refunds are decided case by case; statutory rights are unaffected.

• Refunds go only to the original payment method — no cash, no third-party accounts. This is a money-laundering and fraud requirement.
• Timeline once approved: we initiate within 2 business days; banks and card networks credit it within a further 5–7 working days (UPI and wallets are usually faster). We are not responsible for delays inside the banking network, but we will chase them with you.
• You will get an email and an in-app record for every cancellation and refund initiated.
• If a refund is rejected, we state the reason in writing and you may escalate to our grievance officer via the Contact page.

• Open the membership in your dashboard and tap Cancel membership — the exact refund amount is shown before you confirm.
• Or email support@biceapp.in with: registered phone number, order ID, gym name and the reason. We acknowledge within 24 hours and decide within 3 business days.

• Consumed membership days, and memberships cancelled after their end date.
• Amounts already settled to a gym for a non-cancellable plan, where the gym delivered the service.
• Convenience or platform fees shown separately at checkout, unless the booking failed from our side.

This section applies to gyms buying biceapp.in business tools. Monthly plans may be cancelled anytime and run to the end of the paid period; no mid-term refund. Annual plans cancelled within 14 days of purchase get a pro-rata refund. Renewal reminders are sent 7 days before each renewal. Manage it on business.biceapp.in.

Updates apply only to bookings made after the effective date; a booking you already made keeps the policy shown at its checkout.
